Application

The gear with stoppers of rolling, capable successfully replace its sprocket-like competitors almost in all mechanisms and machines, since it allows to greatly reduce overall sizes and weight of articles, to increase their efficiency, ensures exceptional overload capacity and large resource.

The gear with intermediate roller components contains high-speed with the eccentric disc, output shaft, intermediate roller components and wheels of cycloidal profiles.

Disk eccentricity on the input shaft is reduced in this gear, that provides cooaxial rotation of input and output shafts, which allows to decrease eight and axial sizes of gear and mechanisms, designed on its basis.

Technical specification

The muff used in design solution is a component of the gear, which allows eliminating planetary motion of the output element at single-stage modification.
