“Impuls” water treatment complex
Application

Underground water treatment up to standard requirements and giving the water palatability traits compared to that of mountain river water. The complex allows for the following:

  • Iron removal from water
  • Water clarification and improvement of its palatability traits
  • Reduce organic compound content
  • Water treatment from many metals (plumb, copper, aluminum, manganese etc.)
  • Water decontamination.

Description

The process is based on joint action of natural oxidizers (ozone, atomic oxygen, OH-radicals and other active particles) and UV-radiation generated in water-air stream by an impulse electric discharge. During this process the natural conditions of thunder storm are reproduced. The natural water properties remain, as the electric discharges develop in the gas phase close to water drops. The water treated this way is clarified through standard filters with loading from inexpensive natural minerals.

Competitive advantages

  • Oxidizers are generated directly in the water treatment zone allowing for utilization both ozone and more active short-living particles during oxidation process.
  • Combination of aeration, oxidizers generation and treated water in one reactor increases the water treatment efficiency and reduces the cost of the complex.
  • The operational costs reduction and environmental safety of the technology are provided by the absence of chemical reagents and expendables.
  • The modular variant allows us to build complexes of different capacities and install it on the existing sites at minimum costs.
  • Representation of the natural processes ensures good palatability traits of water.
