VUZSERVIS

In 1993, the Centre for International Academic and Research Programs or VUZSERVIS was established as the organization department at the International Cooperation Department.

The main trends of activities are as follows:

• holiday trips, tourist special offers around all countries worldwide; a great variety of bus and railway journeys
• air tickets booking for any country of the world
• bus tickets to any city in Germany
• International Student Identity Cards (ISIC) and International Teacher Identity Cards (ITIC)
• submission of documents to embassies: business, tourist and student visa applications, visas on private invitations
• study abroad
• group trips for students within Russia and to foreign countries
• group trips to Gornaya Shoriya by our bus (December - March), in summer – to Altai and Khakasiya

VUZSERVIS is in the market of tourist services for over 11 years. All staff members have special higher education.

Unlike many municipal tourist agencies, VUZSERVIS acts in the interests of students, teachers, and universities as a whole that are our main customers and partners.

In 2003, the National Quality Assurance (Great Britain) conducted audit of the quality management system to assure the international standard equivalency. As a result, VUZSERVIS was awarded the international certificate ISO 9001:2000.
