Institute for International Education (IIE) offers you preparatory, undergraduate and postgraduate courses conducted both in Russian and English.
Students from South Korea, China, Czech Republic, Malaysia, Cyprus, Vietnam, Germany, Switzerland, India are currently studying at IIE.

Preparatory course
If you do not have the right academic background or Russian language proficiency for direct admission to a degree course, our preparatory course may be the answer. It's an ideal preparation for undergraduate or postgraduate study.

Associate of Science
Associate of Science programme consists of required humanities, socio-economics, natural sciences, and some general professional subjects. On completion the programme you are awarded an Associate Diploma (First Level Diploma). It certifies that you have raised your general level of education and culture to a degree of a college graduate.

Undergraduate courses
IIE offers you a broad range of undergraduate courses conducted in Russian and some popular, globally perspective International educational programmes in English.

Postgraduate courses
The postgraduate training gives you the opportunity to achieve the level of educational, scientific and pedagogical skills required worldwide and earn the Ph.D. degree. Admission to the postgraduate courses is open for all the candidates with an undergraduate degree.

Support and guidance

Meet service
On your arrival in Russia, you are met and helped to come to Tomsk.

Orientation
You are offered a 7 days' orientation programme, which aims to assist a newcomer in adjusting to new life conditions and any possible difficulties they may face. Every candidate gets an information pack containing necessary materials about Tomsk, the University, IIE and other useful advice.

Academic adviser
The academic adviser is assigned to you from the very first day. The adviser is on-hand to offer guidance and support in questions of study, social and entertainment information, personal concerns, if any.

Counselling
You can appeal to the IIE staff with any of your requests or suggestions concerning the classes and everyday life.

Social life
All our students participate in campus and city social activities.

Quality

A well-qualified faculty teaches international students. Many professors have great teaching experience at Universities of Great Britain, Germany, USA, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Italy and India. High standards of the best universities abroad are actively explored and put into practice of our students training.

Responding to the modern challenges IIE has a concern for raising quality of educational and associated supporting services. Quality management system of the Institute has been assessed and registered by National Quality Assurance (NQA), UK. IIE is licensed for provision of Higher Education for International students and associated supporting services, design and provision of course materials for international students and instructors.
